Six-month and longer leases are preferred. If your transition needs three to five months, ask about a premium-priced shorter term. Dates, availability and any extension options must be agreed in writing.
FURNISHED OR UNFURNISHED
The home currently has limited furniture. The listing photography shows a previous furnished setup. Furniture, artwork, televisions and accessories shown are not promised inclusions.
A starting point if your household goods are moving with you. Confirm the move-in date, rent, deposit and utility responsibilities before arranging delivery.
