6113 Hudson is a modern attached home in East Dallas, near Lower Greenville and Henderson Avenue. With three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a powder room, it offers a residential setting for an employee relocating to Dallas or someone on a longer assignment.
The approximately 2,750-square-foot layout includes an open kitchen and living area, a separate downstairs parlor that can be used as a workspace, and three upstairs bedrooms. The parlor is separate from the bedrooms; it is not a fourth bedroom.
Oakside Investments handles inquiries directly for this one property. Companies, relocation coordinators and individual renters are welcome to ask about a lease. Occupants, billing arrangements and the contracting party are confirmed before an agreement.

This residence is offered for leases of at least three months. Rates and extensions require agreement; there is no automatic month-to-month extension.

- The home currently has limited furniture. Full furnishing is by arrangement. Furniture, internet, utilities, housekeeping and any service requirements must be specified in your proposal; an all-inclusive package is not assumed.
- Pets
- Small pets are considered with written approval. Share their number, size and type when requesting terms.

Is this a furnished corporate apartment?
It is one attached three-bedroom residence, rather than an apartment inventory. It currently has limited furniture. A fully furnished arrangement can be discussed and priced before a lease is agreed.
Can I book a one-month stay?
This home is intended for longer leases. Six months or longer is preferred; three-to-five-month terms may be considered at premium pricing. It is not offered here for nightly or one-month stays.
Are utilities and Wi-Fi included in the rent?
Inclusions depend on the agreed proposal. Tell us what services your assignment requires so responsibility and any allowances can be confirmed in writing.
