This is one modern attached residence in East Dallas, with approximately 2,750 square feet, two full bathrooms, a downstairs powder room and an attached two-car garage. All bedrooms are upstairs.
Six months or longer is preferred. Three-to-five-month leases may be considered at premium pricing, subject to availability and agreement. If your repair schedule needs a shorter stay or uncertain end date, share that early so you can assess whether this home is a fit.

Insurance coverage, additional living expense eligibility, budgets and reimbursement are determined by your insurer and policy. Availability of this home does not mean your insurer has approved it. Confirm the proposed lease and costs with your insurer or housing coordinator before committing.
Extensions are subject to availability and a written agreement. Tell us about uncertain construction dates early; do not assume the lease automatically extends or ends when repairs are complete.
